What is the turnaround time for custom orders?

Standard custom orders typically take 7-10 business days from design approval to shipping. For rush orders, we offer expedited production with a 3-5 business day turnaround for an additional fee. Large bulk orders (100+ units) may require 2-3 weeks depending on complexity.

What are the label design requirements?

We accept vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) or high-resolution raster images (PNG, JPG) at 300 DPI minimum. Labels should be provided in CMYK color mode. We offer a free design template and can also provide design assistance for an additional fee. Your logo should be clear and properly formatted for best print quality.

What is the shelf life of scented salts?

Our premium salts have an excellent shelf life. Plain salts are essentially indefinite when stored properly. Flavored and infused salts maintain optimal quality for 12-18 months when kept in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Each jar includes a "best by" date printed on the label.

How does shipping work for bulk orders?

For orders under 20 units, we ship via standard ground shipping (3-7 business days). Bulk orders of 20+ units qualify for discounted freight rates. Orders over 50 units may ship on a pallet for maximum protection. We ship nationwide and can provide expedited shipping options. International shipping is available upon request with custom quotes.

Can I order sample products before placing a large order?

Absolutely! We encourage sample orders. You can order a sample pack containing 3 different salt varieties with your custom label for a flat fee. This allows you to evaluate quality, packaging, and label appearance before committing to a larger order. Sample packs typically ship within 5 business days.

What minimum order quantity is required?

We do not have a minimum order quantity, making custom salt accessible for small events and large campaigns alike. However, you'll unlock better per-unit pricing and shipping discounts with larger orders (see our bulk savings tiers here).
